Our Favorite Spots for Date Night

A dreamy date night is the stuff girls dream about - and the bane of all ill-prepared boys. Picking the right place, planning the right activities, saying the right things - there's so much that can go wrong!
It's not easy to plan the perfect night of romance, but it starts with a spectacular spot. The stunning scenes of Southern Utah provide plenty of places where passion abounds and unique experiences help couples connect. Whether you're on a romantic getaway or just want to add some love to a Saturday night, these fantastic date night spots are sure to impress.
Cedar Breaks Lodge. If you're feelin' fancy, take luxurious dining to a whole new level at Cedar Breaks Lodge. Begin (or end) the night at The Bar, where conversation flows freely thanks to a full line of fine wines, custom cocktails, and draft beers. When hunger strikes, retreat to The Restaurant to enjoy mouth-watering creations from their award-winning chef as you feast your eyes on panoramic mountain views.
Cedar Breaks National Monument. If you want to truly put stars in their eyes, schedule a night of stargazing at Southern Utah's only International Dark Sky Park. You can cozy up under a warm blanket as you stare in wonder at the never-ending blanket of spinning stars and glittering planets that soars high above your heads. For an extra touch of romance, promise a kiss for every constellation they find - and get the expert astronomy rangers on your side for a guaranteed smooch! Sook Jai Thai. Add a little spice to your evening at Sook Jai Thai, a downtown restaurant that serves authentic Thai dishes like curries, stir-fries, rice dishes, and noodles. Their classic creations are packed full of flavor and plated to perfection, creating an elevated dining experience. Plus, sharing is caring, and their large portions are designed to mix-and-match, so no one has to worry about menu-envy.
Brian Head Resort. If you both like to stay active, you can bond over a heart-stopping session of night skiing at Brian Head Resort. If you've never skied the slopes under a blanket of glittering stars, you're in for a truly romantic rush. The slopes are open for night skiing on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and tickets are just $20 per person (so it's one date you can definitely afford).
Your Family Time Vacation Rentals Property. There's something incredibly intimate about dining alone under the stars, and a secluded studio cabin is the perfect spot for a magical meal. You can fix their favorites on your outdoor BBQ grill, then enjoy eating together at a private picnic table with a panoramic view of the night sky.
